Parlourmentary – cheese and charcuterie

James Fowler, owner of the Larder House, will soon be opening a new shop on Southbourne Grove selling a world of cheeses and meats.

Sited where the old funeral “parlour” was, hence the pun, it should be in time for the Christmas cheese selling. Last year he sold a tonne of cheese.

This year, he can do that from the comfort of a shop as opposed to outside in the wind and rain.

This will be his third premises on our high street and we wish him all the best. He is such a great support of the local community.
