We’ve loved the Wight Bear since before the day it opened as we were luck to be invited to a pre-launch event.
David and Nicola Holland have worked so hard to bring the new world of craft beers and ciders to our high street. They certainly banish the usual brown dishwater drinks of the big chains. It also means I can drink dark beers like Stouts and Porters all year long, with no one telling me it’s not a summer drink.
It’s not just about beers and ciders, they also showcase local spirits like Conker Gin, Pothecary Gin, Black Cow Vodka, sparkling wines and so on.
