I think 2012 has been a success for the local area in that the area seems more revitalised and moving onwards and upwards. There have been a few businesses that have closed along the way but Southbourne Grove has a resilience and a huge potential.
2013 is going to be a great year. See you all down on the Grove, along the cliff top, on the sandy beaches and in the water!
