The first May Bank Holiday Monday saw a Jamon and Vermut event happening at the Larder House.
There were expert Jamon cutters from Bar Tozino in London who came down for the fun. Fun was had by all on the street tables and DJ going on.
If you’ve never tried Vermut, it is a slightly bitter sweet aperitif, served with ice, a slice of orange and maybe even a cocktail stick of olives. Something to have before your meal, or when you come through the door.
