News is out that there is a new micropub coming to the Grove. It will be where Just Cards used to be, only a couple of doors up from Polpette.
We are loving the name Wight Bear as that is more of an in-joke for people who those that take a view of the needles from the Southbourne beach and cliff areas. The end of the island does look like a white polar bear. It just looks so alike when viewed from Southbourne, whilst it’s not so clearly defined from town.
Nicola and Dave Holland are the team behind this new venture and we wish them the best of luck.
