When I was Googling “Southbourne Groove” to see what comes up, one of the results was a beautiful painting of a sunset down on Southbourne beach.
I followed the links and worked out that it was done by a local artist called Lisa Le Quelenec. It was nice to see in our brief exchange of emails that she too feels that this area is on the up, and that we are lucky to have so many thriving independent shops where many other places in Bournemouth are struggling.
